Call us BEFORE you schedule your appointment if you have any questions or concerns about your insurance coverage. We will be happy to answer your questions.
We file claims to all insurance companies with whom we have contracts (“in-network”). Whenever possible, we file your claim to your secondary insurance carrier as well.
We are still happy to see you, ever if we are not part of your insurance’s “network”. Please check with your insurance carrier about your out-of-network benefits, and call us if you have any questions or concerns. We are always willing to work with you.
Please remember to bring your insurance card(s) with you to EVERY appointment.
If your insurance coverage has changed in any way, or if you are a new patient, we encourage you to send us your current information before you come to your appointment. This will allow us to verify your benefits and minimize any delay in your seeing the doctor.
